**Drive Revenue Growth as an Inside Sales Specialist**

We are seeking a result-driven sales professional to join our fast-paced, high-technology sales team. This individual will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities and engaging with potential customers across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Follow up promptly on inbound leads to qualify and nurture them through the sales pipeline.
  • Research and profile target accounts to identify key stakeholders and develop tailored outreach strategies.
  • Understand customer needs and clearly communicate the business value of our solutions.
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, driving them to scheduled demos and discovery calls.
  • Conduct market research to identify new industry segments and prospect opportunities.
  • Keep CRM systems up to date with accurate lead and account data.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to align on messaging and improve lead quality.
Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of inside sales experience in engineering services or B2B SaaS companies.
  • Strong communication skills with a data-driven, go-getter attitude.
  • Bachelor's in engineering or MBA (preferred: ECE, ICE, EEE).
