Job Title: Quality Assurance Leader

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a dedicated team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration.

Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance delivery efficiency and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle.

You will leverage your business and functional expertise to craft comprehensive testing strategies, applying established quality processes and methodologies to achieve optimal results.

Your role will also include defining and implementing key metrics to effectively manage and evaluate the testing process, ensuring thorough test execution and efficient defect resolution.

Responsibilities
  • Perform independently and become an SME
  • Active participation/contribution in team discussions
  • Contribute solutions to work-related problems
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of testing processes and methodologies
Requirements

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proficiency in Test Management
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform testing strategies
