. We are seeking a
Quality Engineer / Quality Control Specialist
who will not only enforce, but also
develop and implement Athene's villa construction quality standards
, ensuring every stage of construction reflects our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain
    quality standards and checklists specific to villa construction.
  • Establish and enforce
    quality control procedures
    across civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works.
  • Conduct routine
    site inspections, audits, and material testing
    .
  • Ensure strict adherence to
    IS codes, client specifications, and Athene's internal benchmarks
    .
  • Work with site engineers and contractors to correct defects,
    reduce rework
    , and drive continuous improvement.
  • Utilize
    construction management tools
    (Zoho Projects, Powerplay, or similar) for quality tracking, reporting, and automation.
  • Promote a
    culture of quality, accountability, and digital adoption
    within project teams.

Requirements

  • BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 8–15 years' experience in
    residential/villa construction quality control
    .
  • Strong knowledge of IS standards, QA/QC procedures, and material testing.
  • Experience with
    construction/project management software (Zoho Projects, Powerplay, or similar)
    .
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
