Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review Incoming Inspection Reports to ensure raw materials and components meet quality standards.
  • Prepare and validate Final Inspection Reports to confirm finished product quality prior to dispatch.
  • Generate Pre-Dispatch Inspection Reports (PDIR) ensuring shipment readiness and compliance.
  • Update and review daily rejection reports, identify defect trends, and support corrective actions.
  • Handle inline and final inspection complaints and ensure timely resolution with root cause analysis.
  • Carry out SAP QM module entries accurately for inline and final inspections.
  • Prepare transaction standards and documents to streamline quality assurance processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of quality-related transactions and inspection reports.
  • Perform instrument calibration and verification to ensure accurate measurement and testing.
  • Ensure workplace ambience compliance by adhering to safety, cleanliness, and process efficiency guidelines.
  • Prepare and communicate daily assembly reports via email to relevant stakeholders.

Competencies Required:

  • Knowledge of quality control procedures and inspection techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP QM modules and submodules.
  • Instrument calibration and verification methods.
  • Defect tracking and data analysis.
  • Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
  • Team collaboration and customer-centric mindset.
  • Time management and prioritization skills.
  • Understanding of workplace safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines.

Educational Qualification & Experience required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in quality control, inspection, or process improvement in an Engineering manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Exposure to SAP quality modules is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
