Aviation Engineering Lead

This role requires an experienced Airfield Engineer to lead our Indian office team, with potential to become the GCC Airfield Engineering Team Lead as the team grows. The ideal candidate will have sound technical abilities and a strong background in Civil Engineering projects at airports.
CORE Responsibilities
- Act as the design lead for airfield civil engineering projects.
- Take ownership of project delivery while giving leadership and direction to junior team members.
- Prepare technical reports, calculations, drawings, and specifications for airfield engineering projects.
- Participate in technical design reviews to meet quality management requirements.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate designs with team members, industry associates, and clients.
- Identify and manage design risks, issues, and Request for Information (RFIs).
- Support Project Managers by undertaking project progress monitoring and contributing to project controls.
- Implement technical quality requirements, address project briefs, and meet client deadlines.
Qualifications and Experience
The successful candidate will have 10 years of experience in civil infrastructure design at airports, knowledge of international airfield design standards, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software packages.
