Job Title:
Automation Quality Engineering Lead

As a key member of our team, you will lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function. This involves implementing quality processes, tools, and methodologies to significantly improve control, accuracy, and integrity. You will evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Be an expert in test automation and drive strategy for implementation across multiple teams
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of projects
  • Provide solutions to problems for immediate and cross-functional teams
  • Lead the development and maintenance of automated test scripts

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of test automation frameworks, experience with test management tools, and hands-on experience in scripting languages like Python or Java. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools is also required.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Automation in Application Maintenance
  • Proficiency in automation in application maintenance
  • Strong understanding of test automation frameworks
  • Experience with test management tools
  • Hands-on experience in scripting languages
