Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned quality engineer with over 12 years of experience in leading QA strategy and managing test teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Java Selenium automation frameworks, strong understanding of BDD (Cucumber), build tools like Maven, test frameworks like TestNG, and experience in version control systems like Git.

A solid background in functional, UI, API, and database testing is a must, along with good exposure to performance testing concepts and tools.

The candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing QA strategy across projects, leading, mentoring, and managing a team of QA engineers (manual and automation).
