About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance professional to join our team as a Senior Quality Manager.

Job Description
  • To develop and implement effective quality systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • To oversee and coordinate all aspects of quality assurance, including vendor qualification, internal audits, and CAPA management.
  • To ensure that all products meet the required quality standards, through rigorous testing and validation procedures.
  • To lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in quality assurance, preferably in a pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • Proven track record of implementing and maintaining effective quality systems.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively across multiple disciplines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences, chemistry, or engineering.
