Site Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Quality Assurance Professional to support our renewable energy projects in Wind and Solar portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Civil or Mechanical engineering, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in site project quality roles.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project-specific field quality plans, including ITPs, SOPs, checklists, and method statements.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate quality management systems (QMS), regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular quality audits at project sites to verify compliance with approved procedures, standards, and specifications.
  • Identify gaps, document findings, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
  • Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders for the timely completion of all QA and inspection activities at site.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive quality excellence.

Essential Qualifications:

  • B. Tech/B. E/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
  • Engineers/Managers with minimum 15 years of experience in site project quality roles under Civil or Mechanical domain in Renewable Energy Projects
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance & Quality Control Process, QMS & Awareness of relevant ISO/IS/IEC Standards in Renewable Energy Projects
  • Must have hands-on experience using quality tools, problem-solving techniques & implementing effective solutions
  • Passion for Renewable Energy and commitment to Quality Excellence
