About the role:

We are looking for a motivated and responsibleSite Engineer - Coimbatore (with 0 to 1 years of experience) to support the execution ofSolid Waste Management (SWM) projects. The role involves on-site supervision, coordination with vendors, and assisting senior engineers in implementing SWM infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the supervision of site activities related to waste collection, processing, and disposal.
  • Support installation and commissioning of equipment (conveyors, compactors, motors, control panels, etc.).
  • Monitor contractor work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain daily progress reports and assist in preparing site-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams for smooth site operations.
  • Ensure the site complies with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Report technical issues or delays to the senior engineer/project manager.
