Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the Larsen & Toubro team, the Senior Business Partner will be responsible for conducting weekly meetings with respective business units to ensure alignment and progress towards company goals.



Key Accountabilities

The Senior Business Partner will consult with line management to provide HR guidance and support as needed, ensuring that all HR-related matters are handled efficiently and effectively. This includes analyzing trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies that drive business results.



Key Performance Indicators

The Senior Business Partner will be measured on their ability to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conduct effective investigations, and maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees.



Work Relationships

The Senior Business Partner will work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. They will also provide HR policy guidance and interpretation, develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers, and assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.



Skills and Qualifications

The Senior Business Partner will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. They will also need to have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic solutions.
