Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to our team and manage various tasks efficiently, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

  • Manage Calendar and Travel of Senior Leader
  • Maintain MIS / reports / Excel – Business related as per Senior Leaders requirement
  • Process Travel & expense reimbursement of Senior Leader
  • Administrative Support Related:
    • Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with Landlords, Building Management and Vendors on regular basis for admin related work.
    • Travel Assistance: Provide assistance to colleagues for travel related requirements.
    • Documentation: Maintain records of Expenses, Invoices & Vendor related documentation.
    • Employee Engagement: Conduct activities and celebrations in office.
    • Performance Reporting: Prepare periodic reports and present dashboards.
    • Office upkeep: Ensure office is neat and clean, coordinate with Housekeeping team to get work done. Carry out repair and maintenance activities.
    • Procurement: Take care of general office items procurement – Stationery / HK / Pantry / Electrical materials
    • Vendor Payment: Create PO, process invoices and make timely payment to vendors
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience as Senior Administrative Assistant or related roles advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for planning and documentation.
  • Able to handle unexpected issues and provide solutions.
  • Familiarity with travel booking software and tools. Basic to advance knowledge in excel and powerpoint.
  • Customer-centric approach to assist travelers effectively.
