Job Summary:

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you are responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems and applications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Incident Resolution: Identify and resolve incidents arising from alerts and monitoring operations to minimize downtime and maintain high service levels.
  • Change Implementation: Deploy impactful changes, automate repetitive tasks, and maintain application deployment pipelines to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Work Orders: Resolve business/functional queries, conduct ad hoc testing, verification, and validation for regional product teams and customer support.
  • Problem Management: Identify problem tickets, collaborate with developers, and conduct thorough due diligence to drive issue resolution.
  • Monitoring: Identify critical parameters, customize dashboards, and optimize alerts to ensure real-time visibility and proactive issue prevention.
  • Automation: Identify opportunities for automation, propose innovative solutions using Python, shell scripting, or process improvements to streamline workflows.
