Job Title: Customer Success Manager.

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Customer Success Professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer success function, you will be responsible for owning international customer relationships and ensuring they get maximum value from our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning client onboarding, tracking product adoption, and ensuring customers get maximum value leading to upsells and expansion revenue.
  • Becoming a trusted product advisor for international customers, helping them with all the tricks of the trade to get maximum value from our products.
  • Managing cross-sells for new products and renewals, owning expansion revenue at an account level.
  • Building the playbook for our international customer success function to scale for the next stage of growth.

What Makes You a Good Fit:
  • You have 3+ years of work experience in customer success with technical understanding of the product and 1+ years of experience in managing international customers.
  • You genuinely like helping people and making them successful.
  • You care about delivering a service experience that parallels a Michelin star Italian restaurant.
