
Customer Success Intern

Airlearn is seeking a motivated and user-focused Customer Success Intern to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about improving learner experiences, resolving user issues, and contributing to operational excellence in an edtech environment.
As a Customer Success Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting our learners, analyzing feedback, and ensuring smooth onboarding and engagement across our language learning platform. This is a hands-on opportunity to work closely with the Customer Success Lead and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless user journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and resolve user queries related to course access, subscriptions, onboarding, and lesson progression.
- Track user-reported issues across platforms and coordinate with the content and tech teams for timely resolution.
- Identify patterns in user drop-offs or dissatisfaction and propose actionable improvements.
- Support in the creation of help center resources and in-app support messages to proactively assist users.
- Assist in analyzing learner feedback, support metrics, and engagement data to inform product and content decisions.
- Contribute to improving internal documentation and playbooks for customer success operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Problem-solving mindset with a detail-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working with support tools and spreadsheets.
- A proactive and empathetic attitude toward users and their learning needs.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Education, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Passion for edtech and learner-centric products.
