Role Overview: We are looking for a Customer Success Intern who is eager to learn and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist the Customer Success team in managing creator accounts.
● Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of basic support requests.
● Work closely with internal teams to track and follow up on customer feedback.
● Help in onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth experience.
● Monitor and report customer activity and engagement.
● Maintain documentation and update customer data in our systems.
● Shadow senior CSMs and support them in execution of success plans.
What We're Looking For:
● Recent graduates or final-year students (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields).
● Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
● Passion for customer service and problem-solving attitude.
● Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Eagerness to learn and work in a collaborative team environment.
● Familiarity with SaaS or EdTech is a plus, but not required.
