About the Opportunity

This is a client-facing role focused on delivering end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your deep product knowledge and consulting experience to guide them through discovery, design, implementation, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the Consulting Manager, this is a key position that involves acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Client Engagement & Solution Design

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and goals, and develop tailored Business Central solutions to meet those needs.
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand client business processes, pain points, and goals.

Implementation & Delivery

  • Manage full-cycle Business Central implementations, including configuration, testing, training, and support.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with client objectives.

Pre-Sales & Advisory

  • Support pre-sales efforts by participating in demos, scoping sessions, and proposal development.
  • Advise clients on best practices, industry trends, and Business Central capabilities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV), including full-cycle implementations.
  • Proven ability to lead client engagements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Business Central modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Power BI, SQL Server, SharePoint) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.
