Role Profile: Senior Technical Advisor

We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to assume the role of Senior Technical Advisor in Identity and Access Management (IAM). This highly demanding position calls for a skilled strategist who can provide end-to-end IAM solutions, aligning with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational needs.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as an IAM architect or advisor, with hands-on knowledge of leading platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, ForgeRock, CyberArk, Okta, Ping, etc. They must be able to design comprehensive IAM strategies, architectures, and business use cases tailored to diverse industries.

The selected individual will serve as a trusted solution advisor, collaborating closely with clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders to shape go-to-market strategies, define IAM business cases, and support proposal creation. They will also mentor junior staff within the practice, staying up-to-date on IAM market trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements.

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

  • At least 12 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on IAM.
  • A proven track record as an IAM Architect or Advisor, showcasing expertise in IAM platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement comprehensive IAM strategies, architectures, and business use cases.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong business acumen, coupled with the ability to translate technical solutions into business-friendly terms.
  • Experience working in client-facing roles, with a history of building relationships, driving executive-level conversations, and representing the organization at industry events.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field; relevant IAM or security certifications are a plus.

Prior experience working in consulting firms or global service delivery models is preferred, as well as exposure to cloud-based IAM models and zero-trust architectures. Familiarity with IAM governance, policy frameworks, and risk-based access models is also desirable.
