  • Expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and custom applications.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS).
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations with other tools using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
