About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Functional Lead to spearhead our efforts in accelerating user acquisition and retention across our fintech products.
This role will involve defining and optimizing growth funnels, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring alignment across departments to maximize business impact.
The ideal candidate will have experience in growth marketing and a strong understanding of consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy Development:
Develop holistic growth strategies for various acquisition and engagement channels including:
- Mobile app
- Website
The strategy will include driving acquisition, engagement, and retention for the APP and Web, as well as monetization use cases such as Personal Loans.
- Stakeholder Management:
Manage key platform partners like Google and Meta to optimize growth campaigns, platform integrations, and new feature launches.
- Experimentation & Innovation:
Drive growth by designing and scaling experimentation frameworks, leveraging beta tools and new features introduced by partners.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work with analytics, product, and finance teams to monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and iterate marketing strategies.
- Leadership & Mentorship:
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous learning and results.
