Strategic Region Leader

This is a unique chance to take on a leadership role in student recruitment and drive performance across multiple regions. The Regional Head will be responsible for leading a team of Student Recruitment Managers, developing regional recruitment strategies, and ensuring achievement of individual and regional targets.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6-10 years of experience in higher education student recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial/leadership role. They should have a proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving regional student recruitment targets.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of SRMs across multiple regions
- Setting clear performance targets and ensuring achievement of individual and regional KPIs
- Conducting regular one-to-one reviews, training, and coaching to drive performance and capability
- Developing and executing regional recruitment strategies in line with global objectives
- Analysing regional trends, market performance, and competitor activity to inform strategy
The successful Regional Head will also be responsible for building, managing, and expanding agent networks, ensuring consistent engagement, training, and compliance across all partner relationships, and representing the company in high-level meetings with key agents, institutions, and stakeholders.
This opportunity offers a chance to spearhead growth in the rapidly growing EdTech sector, working with diverse nationalities across four continents. Extensive travel across the assigned region is required.
