Job Summary

The Regional HR Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing human resources operations across multiple locations. This involves developing and implementing HR policies and programs aligned with business goals, as well as guiding management and teams on best practices.

In this role, you will be instrumental in building strong teams, ensuring smooth HR processes, and aligning people practices with the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

You will lead regional hiring efforts to attract top talent, oversee onboarding programs, build and manage career development frameworks, and foster a positive workplace culture that encourages collaboration and inclusion.

To ensure compliance with labor laws and employment standards in all regions, you will oversee payroll, benefits administration, and performance management systems. You will also maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records.
