Job Title: Human Resources Lead

Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead pivotal people strategies, foster employee engagement, and oversee core HR functions in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage performance review cycles, key performance indicators (KPIs), and feedback mechanisms to drive business growth and enhance employee performance.
  • Develop and execute impactful rewards and recognition (R&R) programs that motivate employees and promote a positive work culture.
  • Collaborate with leadership on performance-linked growth and engagement initiatives to achieve business success.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies to maintain a safe and respectful work environment.
  • Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and policy implementation.
  • Analyze HR data to enhance processes, retention rates, and employee engagement.
  • Mentor and manage the HR team to ensure seamless HR service delivery.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8-12 years of HR experience with a strong emphasis on performance management and R&R.
  • Familiarity with Indian employment laws and HR compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (ADP) and ATS (JobDiva is preferred).
  • Demonstrated strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
