As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies. Your primary objective is to establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute targeted marketing plans to identify new business opportunities on a monthly basis.
- Engage existing clients and build lasting connections through networking, outreach efforts, and referrals.
- Ensure timely completion of all necessary documentation for new client onboarding.
- Guarantee that all clients receive comprehensive training and meet relevant performance standards.
- Provide ongoing support to clients by responding to inquiries and assisting with company portal and product utilization.
- Train clients on optimal use of the company portal and available insurance products.
- Achieve activation of at least one new business venture within the first month of client engagement.
- Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams as needed.
- Meet predetermined monthly sales targets set by the organization.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge in job-specific areas and apply it effectively in the field.
- Adhere to established organizational policies and ensure compliance with company standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also have the ability to work independently, think critically, and prioritize tasks effectively.
