Job Title: Timetabling Support Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Timetabling Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our clients in relation to our Syllabus+ timetabling solution.

Responsibilities
  • Work under the Timetabling Scheduling module and handle technical support related activities.
  • Manage and resolve user queries over MS Teams, Zoom, etc.
  • Prioritise requests with users to meet defined SLAs.
  • Document ticket resolutions and responses for clients as well as internal teams.
  • Provide standalone support with minimal input from our suppliers.
Requirements
  • Must have experience working with Oracle Enterprise Suite software.
  • Proficient in SQL/PLSQL and Oracle Forms.
  • Excellent communication skills for face-to-face interaction with users and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Bonus Skills
  • Familiarity with Ellucian's Banner product is a plus.
  • Experience working with UK customers is also advantageous.
