**Working days **: Monday to Friday ( 2 alternate Saturday off )

**working hrs **: 9:30 Am to 6:30 PM

**Role**:

- Point of contact for sales and marketing related calls and product information.
- Maintains the organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and

supporting strategic plans.
- Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
- Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data centers.
- Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and backup procedures and information security and control structures.
- Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes.
- Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, and scheduling expenditures.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Familiarity with SQL and database operations.
- Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines.
- Availability outside of working hours to resolve emergency issues promptly.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- MS Navision DynamicsNAV is responsible for Support/Operation/Administration Engagement of ERP/CRM and supporting Integrated Software Applications.
- Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all current ERP and Upgrade of ERP.
- Exposure includes Coding, User interface Testing, Report Development, Debugging, Documentation, implementation and Client support.
- Functional Knowledge in areas of Sales & Receivables, Purchase & Payables, Financial Management, Inventory, Manufacturing etc.
- **Hardware & Networking support.**
