Job Title: Senior Oracle Exadata Database Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle Exadata Database Solutions Expert to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale Oracle Exadata database systems. This includes ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and data security for our clients.

This is a hands-on position that requires strong technical skills, experience with cloud migration, and excellent communication abilities.

The primary duties and responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing Oracle Exadata database solutions.
  • Maintaining and optimizing database performance.
  • Ensuring data security and compliance.
  • Leading and supporting end-to-end cloud migration initiatives.
  • Designing and implementing high availability and disaster recovery solutions.

The required experience and skills include:

  • Minimum 8 years of production database support experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Exadata systems.
  • Proven experience with Oracle RAC, ASM, and Grid Infrastructure.
  • Experience with Oracle Multitenant (CDB/PDB).
  • Working knowledge of Oracle GoldenGate and Data Guard.
  • Experience working in UNIX, Linux, and Windows environments.
  • Public Cloud experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) required; OCI certifications preferred.

The essential functions include:

  • Designing, documenting, and monitoring database servers.
  • Developing standards and procedures for maintenance and modification of database platforms.
  • Providing systems architecture guidance in creating high availability systems.
  • Providing direction in capacity planning, performance improvement, and storage management.
