Oracle Database Technical Lead

Our team is looking for a skilled Senior Oracle Database Expert to lead our database development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining our Oracle databases.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-performance PL/SQL packages, procedures, and functions.
- Design and optimize complex SQL queries, views, and materialized views.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of our Oracle databases.
- Work closely with developers, system administrators, and data analysts to support database-related needs.
- Identify and resolve database issues, ensuring minimal downtime and impact.
- Act as the escalation point for complex database-related problems.
Requirements:
- 6-10 years' experience in Oracle database administration and development.
- Proven track record of leading teams and mentoring junior engineers.
- Excellent knowledge of Oracle database security, performance tuning, and backup/recovery processes.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and Scrum principles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Masters degree preferred.
