Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to fill a critical leadership role within our operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure day-to-day operations are running smoothly and productivity targets are met.
  • Deliver high levels of customer service and maintain overall service delivery at the highest standards.
  • Oversee billing and compliance processes, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Help the team prioritize work, follow SOPs, and communicate challenges effectively.
  • Inform leadership of critical findings impacting RCM performance and recommend solutions for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to document, action, and convert challenges into wins within set timelines.
  • Review Practice KPI Trends and work with the team to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Partner with onshore and offshore teams to create and implement processes and procedures for identifying and resolving quality concerns.
  • Work with onshore vertical teams to standardize processes and practice instructions.
  • Share monthly trend analysis at practice level to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Must have strong hands-on knowledge of Physician RCM functions within US Healthcare.
  • 7+ years of related working experience in core Provider RCM, with a minimum 2 years as a Lead Operations / QA/ Process Improvement managing a team of 10-20 FTEs.
  • Strong knowledge of workflows and procedures within specialties such as Dermatology, Gastro, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Ophthalmology, ENT, etc, is beneficial.
  • Adept at developing and analyzing various KPIs while running reports from various sources.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required.
  • Strong understanding of various insurance carriers, including Federals, HMOs, PPOs, Capitation, and Workers' Comp.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, and conditional formatting.
  • Able to create visualizations of data through charts, graphs, and presentations.
  • Six Sigma specialist who has participated in process and quality improvement projects is preferred.
  • Proven experience and commitment to promoting a positive work environment and developing an employee-focused workplace.
  • Commitment to developing expertise in ModMed products within three months of employment.
  • Able to work during the night shift.
