About this Role:

This is a leadership position that oversees key initiatives and supports the strategic growth of important accounts.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills. They will work closely with account leadership, acting as a trusted advisor and mentor to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the success of account initiatives through project management and strategy development.
  • Independently handle end-to-end project management for various account initiatives.
  • Analyze complex information and provide insightful perspectives and recommendations to account leadership.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain essential account assets, including marketing materials and proposal assets.
  • Support the creation of client-facing materials and leadership presentations.
  • Contribute to the development of account relationship tools and confidentiality programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is a must-have for this role.
  • 6 to 8 years of professional experience in a relevant field such as project management or business administration.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to distill information and provide clear insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a client-facing role within a professional services environment.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
