Leadership Development Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Leadership Development Specialist to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for senior leaders and employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership development, professional capability, and lifelong learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement impactful training programs that foster leadership growth and professional development.
  • Manage complex business processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and interactive training experiences.
  • Mentor and coach trainers and trainees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform training design and delivery.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in product & process training, with a strong background in managing complex business processes.
  • Proven expertise in emotional intelligence, decision-making, collaboration, leadership, cultural awareness, project management, compliance, and lifelong learning.
  • Strong instructional design and delivery skills, with the ability to facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions.
  • Experience with learning sciences, technology application, knowledge management, career and leadership development, coaching, and evaluating impact.
