About this Role:

This is a leadership position that requires strategic thinking and operational expertise. The Associate Director - Counselling will play a crucial role in devising processes, guiding teams, and driving growth initiatives.

  • Overseeing regional P&L for a team of counsellors.
  • Leading a team of 80-100 counsellors and team managers by demonstrating leadership skills through building teams, driving key process metrics, creating an exceptional work culture, bringing strong customer focus, and leading the company to exponential growth.
  • Working cohesively with a team of equally talented and passionate colleagues to develop short and long-term strategies to create a sustainable customer base and business model.
  • Auditing, overseeing, and implementing all operations initiatives for the organization while efficiently managing teammates.
  • Leveraging independence and decision-making autonomy to drive the team's 10X growth by owning the end-to-end process from TOFU to BOFU.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage P&L with a team of 50+ professionals for over 10-12 years.
  • Scale teams and design processes across 2-3 companies, possessing a strong grasp of technology.
  • Excel at operational excellence, defining, monitoring, improving processes, and metrics.
  • Effectively manage multiple stakeholders across the business, channel partners, counsellors, operations, etc.
  • Built a strong client and non-client support through 100% compliance of application processes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the study abroad industry.
