Leadership Role

The successful candidate will oversee a team responsible for delivering high-level management services to drive business growth and meet strategic objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor team members, promoting their development and growth.
  • Monitor and develop staff training programs.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
  • Lead the recruiting process for new team members.
  • Coordinate daily activities and ensure smooth operations.
  • Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
  • Set deadlines, track progress, and provide feedback.
  • Mentor and coach team members as needed.
  • Oversee project management, including procurement, contracting, planning, tracking, and execution.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant contract procurement, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeout.
  • Monitor financial metrics, including billing, accounts receivable collection, expense monitoring, staffing, and full profit and loss to EBITDA.
  • Foster collaboration across business lines to achieve company goals.
  • Identify and mitigate complex project risks, leading reviews and developing backup plans.
  • Apply knowledge of the business, industry expertise, and integration with other disciplines to achieve team and departmental objectives.
  • Model behaviors consistent with company values and lead by example.
  • Influence others to adopt new perspectives while adhering to policies and plans.
  • Solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
  • Understand the broader impact on the department.
  • Improve existing methods, processes, and standards within the job role.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of education and experience will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations are preferred. Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred. Ability to handle sensitive, complicated, and difficult information effectively.
