Job Title: Data Intelligence Leadership Role
We are seeking an exceptional Business Intelligence Engineering Manager to lead and develop our team of skilled professionals across multiple global locations.
About the Role:
  • Lead and develop a global team of Business Intelligence Engineers, fostering technical excellence and career growth through effective employee development and performance management.
  • Drive architectural decisions for data pipelines, semantic layer objects, and visualization solutions serving massive-scale AR/AP operations by leveraging expertise in ETL/ELT and reporting/analytic tools and environments.
  • Spearhead the migration from Tableau to QuickSight while ensuring business continuity and minimizing disruption to existing systems.
  • Establish and evolve BIE best practices, particularly in AWS native technologies and AI integration, to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Provide technical leadership in scripting excellence and data pipeline optimization, driving innovation and efficiency throughout the organization.
  • Partner with business analysts and the Science & AI team to deliver high-impact solutions that drive business value and growth.
  • Develop and execute training programs for the broader analytics community, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in business intelligence and analytics, including results-driven leadership and employee development.
  • 5+ years of delivering results managing a business intelligence or analytics team, with a strong focus on employee development and performance management.
  • 7+ years of data warehouse technical architectures, data modeling, infrastructure components, ETL/ELT and reporting/analytic tools and environments, data structures and hands-on SQL coding experience.
  • Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools, and a strong understanding of data storytelling principles.
  • Experience with R, Python, Weka, SAS, Matlab or other statistical/machine learning software, with a strong focus on applying machine learning algorithms to real-world problems.
  • 4+ years of working with very large data warehousing environment experience, with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and data governance.
