Job Overview

As Associate Director, you will lead a team of clinical data specialists and manage a portfolio of projects to ensure timely delivery and high-quality performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a community of clinical data specialists and manage the development of team members to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage project resources and workloads to meet business objectives and priorities.
  • Participate in health authority inspections and provide subject matter expertise as needed.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance technical and professional skills of team members.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication of project status to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to project success.

Requirements

• University degree in life science, computer science, pharmacy, nursing, or equivalent relevant degree.

• Proven leadership, collaboration, and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to successfully manage simultaneous projects and meet deadlines.

• Excellent understanding of clinical trials methodology, GCP, and medical terminology.

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence and communicate across functions and external stakeholders.

• At least 5 years' experience in drug development with at least 2 years in clinical data management.

• Line management or leadership experience is preferred.
