Job Overview

As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless course delivery and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage courses in coordination with faculty, develop functional development & implementation of changes/updates to the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Coordinate with course AA and audit work, working closely with resident faculty and academic area coordinators for scheduling area-wise information/orientation sessions for PGP students at Hyderabad and Mohali campuses
  • Plan Lineup Projections for Core and Electives sections for PGP Programme, populating data on the intranet portal and requiring constant scrutiny and validation
  • Timely update Salesforce database System with academic calendar, projections lineup, and teaching hours

Requirements:

  • MBA/Masters/PG Diploma from a reputed university
  • Specific Skills: MS Office, esp. MS XLS, technical software handling, interpersonal skills, teamwork, responsibility, quality consciousness, coordination skills, communication skills, attention to details, negotiation skills, presentation skills, people management, time management, listening skills, mentoring skills
  • Desirable Experience: 8-10 years

Job Interface/Relationships:

  • Internal: Faculty, Departments (Admissions, Alumni, LRC, SEAL, Finance, IT/AV, GRAF Office, Commercials & Operations), Students
  • External: External Vendors (for workshops & other course-related logistics), LMS vendors
Skills and Qualifications

MBA/Masters/PG Diploma from a reputable university is required. Specific skills include MS Office, technical software handling, and leadership skills.

Desirable experience includes 8-10 years in a related field.
