Leadership Role: Talent Acquisition Director

This is a pivotal leadership position where talent acquisition plays a crucial role as a true business enabler. We are looking for someone who is not only operationally strong but also able to think strategically, scale effectively, and shape the future of our hiring process.



Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive end-to-end talent acquisition with a proven AI-driven approach, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and a world-class candidate experience.
  • Inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing recruitment team.
  • Partner with business leaders to align hiring strategies with organizational priorities across diverse lines of business.
  • Bring global best practices in recruitment across domains such as GCC, SAP, Digital, and Engineering.
  • Lead with foresight, influence innovation, and embed best-in-class sourcing, assessment, and selection practices.
  • The use of tools like Workday and Codility will be an added advantage.


Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 18 years of work experience.
  • An MBA degree from a reputable institution.
