Job Title: Senior Manager

Job Description:
Role Overview:

Leverage your expertise to spearhead the coordination of cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and innovation. This high-impact role requires a strategic and operational leader who can oversee end-to-end IC management, including design, analytics, operations, and platform innovation.

As a senior manager, you will serve as a key liaison between internal and external teams, fostering relationships and ensuring seamless execution. Your focus will be on talent development, incentive compensation design, and analytics, with a keen eye for identifying trends and making data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate delivery efforts across internal and external teams
  2. Manage relationships across complex internal teams and functional groups
  3. Oversee IC program operations, ensuring quality, scalability, and operational efficiency
  4. Establish and enforce governance standards, ensuring robust documentation practices and effective control mechanisms
  5. Lead the management of the IC technology platform, partnering with IT and vendors to drive enhancements and seamless integrations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters degree & 10+ years of experience in Incentive Compensation strategy and operations
  • Bachelors degree & 12+ years of experience in Incentive Compensation strategy and operations
  • 3+ years of leadership experience directly managing people, teams, projects, programs, and directing the allocation of resources
