
Chief Customer Engagement Manager

As a key player in campaign management, we are seeking an experienced professional to lead end-to-end campaign and customer lifecycle activities for postpaid and prepaid segments.
The ideal candidate will develop and implement comprehensive campaign strategies to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include designing and executing campaign initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing campaign performance to inform future strategy.
To succeed in this role, you will require 5+ years of experience in telecom sector campaign management, particularly with postpaid/prepaid customers, and minimum 2-3 years of business & technical analysis experience with strong organizational skills.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field, English proficiency at B2 level, and expertise in CRM systems and campaign management tools.
Preferred qualifications include experience in Campaign, CRM, or other customer-facing areas, proven telecom sector background, and knowledge of Arabic language.
