  6. Cultivate partnerships between sales, operations, and customer success teams to ensure seamless follow-ups on promising leads.
  7. Document chat interactions and feedback for analysis and insights.
  8. Evaluate promotional videos and marketing materials regularly.
  9. Represent the brand in marketing content, such as video shoots, when required.
  10. Stay informed about product offerings and promotions to deliver consistent and accurate messaging.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Tamil, and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask, follow up effectively, and manage client interactions independently.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, tele-calling, chat support, or CRM systems.
  • Attention to detail with ability to verify content and creatives.
  • A confident personality comfortable participating in video content when needed.
