- Cultivate partnerships between sales, operations, and customer success teams to ensure seamless follow-ups on promising leads.
- Document chat interactions and feedback for analysis and insights.
- Evaluate promotional videos and marketing materials regularly.
- Represent the brand in marketing content, such as video shoots, when required.
- Stay informed about product offerings and promotions to deliver consistent and accurate messaging.
Requirements for this role include:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Tamil, and English (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask, follow up effectively, and manage client interactions independently.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, tele-calling, chat support, or CRM systems.
- Attention to detail with ability to verify content and creatives.
- A confident personality comfortable participating in video content when needed.
