Engagement Specialist

Job Description:

As an Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with potential candidates through personalized communication. This involves initiating and managing conversations via phone calls and WhatsApp to keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain regular communication with potential candidates to provide them with clear job opportunities and address any queries they may have.
  • Effectively coordinate follow-ups with candidates to ensure their continued engagement.
  • Ensure accurate updates of candidate data within internal systems to support seamless recruitment workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee smooth operations.
  • Provide relevant job information and company updates to interested candidates.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional English language skills, both spoken and written.
  • A friendly, professional, and persuasive demeanor when interacting with candidates over the phone or via messages.
  • Proficiency in using WhatsApp and other phone-based communication tools.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple candidate conversations concurrently.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, tele-calling, customer service, or similar roles is highly valued.
  • Fundamental computer skills for updating records and handling chats.
