  • Ambassador of Academic Excellence: Represent the institute with professionalism, showcasing its academic programs and services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Inquiry Handling: Welcome guests warmly, fostering a positive first impression. Listen attentively to their concerns and queries, providing helpful assistance throughout their visit.
  • Information Resource Management: Maintain an accurate FAQ document covering common inquiries about our programs, facilities, policies, and fee structures.
  • Program Familiarization: Develop in-depth knowledge of our offerings, including entrance exam preparation programs, course curriculum, faculty expertise, and hostel facilities. Clearly communicate these details to interested parties.
  • Advocacy and Communication: Effectively promote the advantages and unique features of our institution, highlighting its success record, personalized coaching, infrastructure, individualized attention, and support systems.
  • Financial Planning and Fee Structure: Explain our fee structure, payment options, scholarships, and financial aid programs. Assist in completing necessary paperwork and provide transparent information about costs involved.
  • Payment Handling: Collect payments from parents or guardians, ensuring accuracy and transparency. Guide them through payment processes, issue receipts promptly, and maintain detailed payment records.
  • Financial Aid Processing: Receive and review applications for financial assistance, verifying authenticity and eligibility. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to assess and facilitate financial aid for qualifying students. Manage communication between students and sponsors, maintaining accurate sponsorship records.
