As a visionary leader, you will drive strategic direction and administrative oversight for all academic, research, and service activities within the school.
The ideal candidate will possess a doctoral degree in psychology, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field, along with at least 10 years of academic experience in higher education and a distinguished record of research, scholarship, and professional contributions to the field.
The Dean will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a vision for the school that aligns with the university's mission and goals.
- Academic Excellence: Oversee curriculum development, academic programs, and accreditation processes to ensure high standards.
- Faculty Development: Recruit, mentor, and retain a diverse faculty. Promote research, scholarship, and professional development.
- Research and Innovation: Encourage cutting-edge research and interdisciplinary collaboration. Secure funding for research initiatives.
- Student Success: Foster a supportive learning environment. Develop initiatives for student engagement, retention, and success.
- A doctoral degree in a relevant field.
- At least 10 years of academic experience in higher education with leadership track record.
