Job Title:

Customer Retention Manager

Job Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Planning: Develop and execute CRM campaigns across categories, ensuring timely implementation.
  • Daily Tasks and Collaboration: Manage daily business-as-usual tasks, coordinating with internal stakeholders to drive efficiency.
  • Customer Journey Design: Create customer journeys across lifecycle touchpoints, leveraging analytical insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, category, product, and analytics teams to drive innovative solutions.
  • Performance Measurement: Build dashboards and report on campaign performance, driving insights and learnings.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships for CRM platforms, tracking feature rollouts and resolving operational issues.
Qualifications:
  • Candidate Requirements: 3–5 years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience in consumer tech or e-commerce.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong grasp of segmentation, personalization, and journey mapping.
  • Tech Skills: Hands-on knowledge of CRM and attribution tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Required Skills:
  • Marketing Experience: Proven experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing.
  • Data Analysis: Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
