Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire customer experience, upselling/cross-selling, and maintaining net promoter score hygiene.
  • Analyze data and insights to drive customer growth success and marketing strategies.
  • Act as an AI marketing solutions expert to identify, create, and implement marketing solutions that achieve measurable business results.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of hitting and overachieving retention and growth targets.
  • Prior experience in Digital Marketing and understanding of Media channels like Google, Social Media, Programmatic buying, etc.
  • Achieving revenue targets for customers on a timely basis.
