Performance Marketing Strategist

">About the Role:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing multi-channel performance marketing strategies that align with business goals, customer segments, and growth targets.
  • You will lead planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, affiliate, and programmatic platforms. Your analytical mindset and experience in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and BI reporting platforms will enable you to make data-driven decisions and drive campaign effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies that drive business growth and ROI.
  2. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, optimize, and report on campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact.
  3. Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  4. Budget Oversight: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and forecasting campaign spend based on business priorities.
  5. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior marketers, manage external agencies, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  6. Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, creative, and analytics teams to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and tracking efforts.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 4–7 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Proven experience designing and scaling high-impact paid campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and BI reporting platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and leadership.
