Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our paid media efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance marketing principles, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization. They will also possess excellent analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Develop and manage budgets, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and best practices in digital marketing, and apply this knowledge to improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, preferably in a paid media role.
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing principles, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and project management skills.
