We seek a skilled Technical Lead – Dynamics CRM / CE to join our rapidly growing team across regions. The ideal candidate has experience in designing and developing Microsoft based business solutions in cloud environments using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

This role offers the opportunity to work with global teams on implementing custom applications using the Canvas and Model Driven frameworks, as well as utilizing out-of-the-box CRM applications for business needs such as case management and task management. Banking experience will be preferred.

1. Gather and analyze client requirements to design and implement complex CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
2. Develop and customize various CRM components, including entities, forms, workflows, plugins, reports, dashboards.
3. Implement integrations with external systems.
4. Be involved in development using CRM SDK, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Database, ADO.NET.
5. Write clean and efficient code using programming languages such as C# and JavaScript while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
6. Debugging and troubleshooting issues in the CRM system and providing timely resolution to ensure high system availability and performance.
7. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, testing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.
8. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in CRM development.

1. 8+ years of relevant working experience.
2. Bachelor's Degree.
3. Strong understanding of Microsoft's Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules before requiring any extended customization.
4. Ability to effectively communicate statuses and concerns down and up the responsibility hierarchy for smoother delivery of the requirement.
5. Proficiency in building D365 CE entities, forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
6. Capability to develop plug-ins using C# and code UI logic in JavaScript.
7. Experience in building and releasing solutions.
8. Excellent written communication skills to write technical documentation in a clear and understandable way.
9. Banking experience is preferable.
10. Optional development of Web resource, PowerApp apps, and PowerBI reports.
