Job Title

About the Role
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  • Lead the transformation of our organizational culture, ensuring that our values and approach are displayed throughout the company.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute a plan for diversity, equality, and inclusion that aligns with our company values and business strategy.
  • Coach, mentor, and support colleagues to identify individual strengths and development needs, develop effective relationships, and encourage retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide reports on all areas of HR, including employment law, HR policy, best practice, and workforce development.
  • Advise and strategize on the development of effective employment policies across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with current regulations, accepted professional standards, policies, and procedures, and legislation.
  • Manage the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, workforce administration, employee engagement, payroll, reward, and recognition.
Requirements
  • Master Degree in HR or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in HR role.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to create people strategy.
  • Commercial acumen and experience of using metrics for driving performance.
  • Superior interpersonal skills and positive, approachable manner.
