Digital Transformation Leader Role Overview:
">- We are seeking a Digital Transformation Leader to join our organization. In this position, you will support clients and partner with functions to drive the continuous improvement agenda across stakeholders.
- Lead the execution of digital roadmaps to solve business problems/opportunities in the finance and accounting domain through methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Re-engineering, and technology solutions such as Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism.
- Deliver digital projects, RPA bots, AIML projects, and Six Sigma projects working with cross-functional global leads and client leadership successfully.
- Provide analytical and conceptual direction to business analysts throughout the change lifecycle, ensuring alignment and integrity of deliverables with program and strategic objectives.
- Lead initiatives providing exposure to senior stakeholders – internal and external.
- Continuously improve productivity, reduce inefficiencies, and implement best practices and drive efficiency and standardization.
- Deploy RPA, Macros, Visualizations dashboards, and Lean Six Sigma, COE projects for mitigating process issues and improving Operational efficiencies.
- Design, implement, test, and complete all scope CI Projects.
- Engage and leverage lean six sigma practices and processes.
- Certified Black Belt
- Experience in driving RPA programs and deploying RPA across platforms
- Extensive experience in the finance and accounting domain and should have led transformation across all sub-processes like manual journals, fixed assets, reconciliation etc.
- Experience in driving continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma methodology
- Experience in managing client discussions and driving large transformation programs
